Chicken, marinated overnight with jd's special jerk seasonings, then grilled to perfection. 1 jerk sauce is included. Select from either hot, mild or sweet. Additional sauce is extra and can be added from the sides menu.
Curry Chicken Bone-In
Mix of white and dark chicken, Irish potatoes and carrots, seasoned and marinated with ja's finest spices, then stewed until favor-filled and tender.
Curry Goat Bone-In
Seasoned and marinated with Dada's special blend of spices, then stewed until flavor-filled and tender.
Jerk BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Tender cut pork ribs, seasoned and marinated with jd's special jerk seasonings, then grilled to perfection. 1 jerk sauce included. Additional sauce is extra.
Jerk Pork Steak

Brown Stew Red Snapper
Caribbean red snapper fish, pan-fried then stewed in the classic Jamaican medley of seasonings. Red snapper filet (2 pieces).
Ackee & Saltfish
The Jamaican national dish. Ackee and dried codfish sauteed in classic Jamaican seasonings. Can be made vegetarian, vegan style by request.
Escovitch Red Snapper
Caribbean red snapper fish or tilapia, seasoned and pan-fried to perfection then topped with a mild or spicy, lightly pickled vegetable medley. Red snapper filet (2 pieces).
